ClanYellowPages.com (CYP) is beta testing our newest function. A Banner Exchange Network.

Participation in this Banner Exchange Network differs from Affiliation in a few ways. Whereas an Affiliate displays a CYP banner and in return they recieve representation within our directory, a Banner Exchange Member places on his website a snipet of html code which produces a graphical slot for not only CYP but other members within the Network. This Network is not public but anyone can apply as it is our intention to approve only the better developed websites on the net.

Your banners will be displayed on CYP and its Network Members based on the value of impressions. We offer many ways to earn these impressions as well as paid for impression amounts.

Open your Banner Exchange Membership today and receive 25,000 impressions to start! Then accumulate additional impressions by adding a snippet of html code into your site. For each impression we receive from your account we will give back two! That's right a 2:1 ratio on your impressions. Invite your allies into our Banner Exchange Network and receive an extra 15,000 impression credits! Lastly we offer four impression credits per click recieved from your account. Now thats allot of ways to earn free impression credits (and at the same time qualify as a CYP Affiliate)!

Rules:

• No free hosted sites! Only under rare circumstances will a free hosted website be approved for membership.

• All websites within our Network must be of an eSports nature.

• All websites must be well developed.

• No offensive material will be approved.

• In order for your banner exchange to work, you have to have the code up on your site before your account is completely activated.

Banner Placements:

We are offering three awesome Banner placements on CYP!
• Spot #1 is a 468 x 60 Banner at the footer of CYP!
• Spot #2 is an 88 x 31 Banner at the left navigational bar of CYP!
• Spot #3 is a 200 x 60 Banner at the header of CYP!

Where you place your Banners is all up to you.

Free vs Paid Impressions?

We encourage everyone to participate and take advantage of the very generous ways to earn free impression credits. Just for opening an account we provide a whooping 25,000 impressions, and for referring someone into our Network we commission a 15,000 bonus impressions to your account. We also offer a two to one ratio on the impressions received from your account (the gift that keeps on giving) and we reward 4 impression credits per click! Now that is allot of ways to get free traffic to your sites (and qualify as a CYP Affiliate as well)!

For a more prominent presence we also offer paid for packages which can add massive amount of impressions to the network for nano-pennies an impression. (soon to come)

Exchange vs. Sponsor Member?

• An Exchange Member participates in the Banner Exchange Network and earns impression credits via one of the many free of charge methods.

• A Sponsor Member buys impressions, and may also use the free of charge methods.

Code Placement?

First you will have to register as an Exchange User. Once you log in as an Exchange User, select from the drop down menu which code you are looking to display. There are three different types of Banner Sizes to choose from (468x60, 88x31, 200x60). Once you select say 88x31 code it will be displayed in the body of the page. Copy the code and add it to your website.

Adding the snipet of html code correctly is very important because it is how we are able to monitor how many impressions we receive from your account which begets your advertising permissions across the network.

Simply displaying the code is only part of the action. Once that is all set you can add banners to your account and be a bigger part of the network!
